As a member of the Multi-State team, Hyeonjeong (HJ) focuses on compensation policy-related projects. Previously, HJ’s career focused on comparative studies of early educators’ well-being and policy across the United States, South Korea, and China.
HJ holds master’s degrees in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University and Public Policy from the University of Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys watching cat videos, baking, reading, journaling, and running. Her ability to stay seated for extended periods of time is one of her hidden talents.
