Silvia Muñoz is a Research Assistant, and provides specific project support to the 2022 Early Childhood Workforce Index project, the Compensation Initiatives Database project, and the Early Childhood History Organizing, Ethos, and Strategy (ECHOES) project. She earned a BA in Sociology and Spanish & Portuguese from the University of California, Berkeley. She intends to further her education and use her experience and knowledge to advocate for those who have experienced discrimination in the workplace. In her free time, Silvia may be found reading historical fiction novels and spending time with her cat, Isabel.
