CSCCE Learning Communities
Community and collaboration are essential in the early care and education field. CSCCE’s learning communities strengthen state, local, and organization-level efforts to support the child care workforce by creating space for peer learning and shared problem solving. We work closely with participants and funders to provide support to communities on content and facilitation. We then share their learnings with the broader early childhood field in the form of webinars, blog posts, newsletters, and other resources.
CSCCE has partnered with funders to design learning communities from scratch, including co-creating project goals, developing content, identifying teams or participants, and facilitating the learning community. We can also provide planning, facilitation, and content support for pre-designed communities.
