Building on the California Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Study, this report provides a snapshot of the state of the licensed ECE workforce in Stanislaus County, California.

In Chapter 1, we provide a profile of its core members: family child care providers and center-based educators. In Chapter 2, we describe the state of educator well-being; and in Chapter 3, we explore the stability of the field.
