As a Senior Research and Policy Associate, Wanzi leads CSCCE’s work exploring the intersection between the well-being of educators and that of children and communities. The goal is to inform policy solutions and investments that support educator well-being, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Wanzi worked in policy and planning in the early childhood education and care sector in Canada since 2012. She supported the development of regional child care services implementation strategies that were as equitable as possible. Wanzi has earned a master’s degree in planning from the University of Guelph, Canada. In her spare time, she likes to travel.
