Based on her interest in social policy and research, Felippa started working with CSCCE during her senior year at UC Berkeley. In just a few months, she gained a deeper understanding of the early childhood education field and developed a commitment to improving conditions for the ECE workforce. Shortly after graduating with a degree in sociology in 2015, Felippa joined our research and policy team and also serves as CSCCE’s social media coordinator. Prior to her work at CSCCE, she interned for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Washington, D.C., and for the Indonesian National Commission for UNESCO in Jakarta, Indonesia.
