Ana Vasconcelos

Research Data Analyst

As a Research Data Analyst, Ana conducts quantitative research on compensation and working conditions for early educators, with a focus on equity and sustainability in the field.

Previously, Ana worked at the Department of Early Education and Care in Massachusetts, where she supported the evaluation of grant programs on the state’s early education workforce. Ana has also worked in the child welfare field, both as a direct service provider and in program evaluation capacities. She holds a master’s degree in Data Analytics and Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, painting, and learning new languages.
