Tobi Adejumo is a Research and Policy Associate at the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment. As part of the SEQUAL team, she supports efforts to improve work environments for ECE educators. Tobi is passionate about creating policy and research that makes a difference. She has also taught early childhood education, family engagement, and child ecology courses to future early childhood educators at the University of Colorado, Denver. She has co-authored articles on ECE and Head Start workforce well-being, quality and child outcomes for diverse learners, working with diverse families and children, and kindergarten transitions. Tobi is an Early Childhood Education Ph.D. candidate at the University of Colorado Denver. She earned her BA in English Education and her Masters in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership. On weekends, Tobi enjoys trying out new pasta recipes with her two little boys.
