Aline Hankey

Aline joined the CSCCE team in 2017, where as a Research and Policy Associate she supports the expansion and implementation of studies assessing early childhood workplace conditions using SEQUAL. Her primary research interests explore the comparative impacts of economic investments in early childhood and strategic global policy solutions for addressing inequalities impacting children, families, and the educator workforce. Prior to joining CSCCE, Aline served on the early-childhood research team of Dr. Catherine Snow, investigating fadeout effects in early childhood interventions in Boston, later going on to carry out analysis and evaluation work for early childhood organizations in San Francisco. Earning her master's degree with a concentration in International Education Policy from Harvard, Aline holds experience in research and programming promoting the expansion of critical educational access for marginalized communities in Brazil, West Africa, and South Korea.
